Operating Environment

Hansel’s customers consist of ministries, their subordinate bureaus and other government agencies. Hansel has 400 suppliers from diverse sectors, who offer its customers high-quality services and products.

Hansel works in close cooperation with its customers and suppliers, participating in the capacity of an expert in task forces appointed to plan public purchases and organising supplier events for the purpose of fostering procurement-related collaboration between the public sector and its suppliers.

One of Hansel’s most important duties is to promote high-quality public purchasing and to ensure the equitable treatment of suppliers during the tendering process.
