ICT Procurement

The ICT unit maintains and develops contracts related to ICT hardware, software and services shared by public administration bodies.

The purpose of agreements created in collaboration with our customers is to increase the productivity and efficiency of the public administration by offering a quick and effortless way to acquire ICT products and services.

Hansel’s agreements apply to frequently recurring purchases and allow the government’s information management operatives to focus on the acquisitions required for their core operations.

In 2009, purchases were made through the ICT Procurement unit totalling EUR 170 million in value.
