Procurement of Administrative Services

The Administrative Services unit maintains and develops agreements related to the government’s financial administration, organisational and human resource development, and travel and conference management.

The purpose of these agreements is to increase the government’s productivity and efficiency. They allow those employed in financial and HR management in particular to focus on the organisation’s core operations.

The unit caters for the demands of the government’s corporate management by creating and developing services together with its customers, suppliers and stakeholders in the sector. In its operations, the unit takes account of environmental factors.

In 2009, purchases were made through the Administrative Services unit to an approximate total value of EUR 169 million.
