Kisa-apuri makes procurement easier

Kisa-apuri is a free procurement tool for Hansel customers that supports mini-competitions within Hansel framework agreements and small procurements below the national threshold value.

The tool includes ready-made templates, automatically distributes requests to relevant suppliers, supports supplier communication, and helps publish required notices. A new feature in Kisa-apuri, the procurement basket, allows users to create requests for tenders in a webshop-like environment using predefined product descriptions. This reduces manual work, improves efficiency, and simplifies the procurement process.
