We provide our customers with support for public procurement with tendered framework agreements, development services and tendering services. Responsibility and digitalisation are the cornerstones of our operations.
KL-Kuntahankinnat merged with Hansel at the beginning of September 2019, and as a result our customer base has grown with multiple municipalities, joint municipal authorities and parishes coming on board.
Unfortunately most of the content on our website is available only in Finnish.
How to start using our services
Begin by registering as a user in our online service. KL-Kuntahankinnat login details are no longer in use, so please create a new account on the hansel.fi website. After registering, you will have access to our framework agreements, and you can enter into the agreements of your choice. The information you provide during registration is used to only show you the framework agreements and services available to you and your organisation.
Start the registration by selecting ‘Login or register’ from the upper right corner of our website. Fill in the requested information and create a password. (Note: Do not use the HAKA or VIRTU options.)
You can see whether you are logged in or not by checking the upper right corner of the website: if you are logged in, your name will be displayed.
Right to enter agreements: Your organisation is responsible for deciding who can enter your organisation into framework agreements. Hansel sets no requirements on the matter, and we do not require the person to have the right to sign for the organisation.
Is my organisation eligible to use your services?
We hope your organisation will soon be our newest customer, but if you are unclear whether you are eligible to use our services or not,
Joint procurement is efficient procurement
Our framework agreements are the core of our services. Entering our framework agreements means you can make procurements without arranging a tender yourself. Joint procurement is risk-free, brings savings and ensures you get the best price. We also keep the health of Finnish markets in mind, and 42% of our suppliers are small and medium-sized enterprises.
Please note that agreements must be entered into before we start the actual tendering process, so keep an eye on the deadlines and ask for more information in advance if something is unclear.
Support for your tenders
Our experts will provide you with support for your own tendering process. We have ample experience in both tendering and contract law. We help you make sure that your procurements are tendered in accordance with legislation and have the best possible terms and conditions – in terms of price and quality as well. A significant part of municipalities’ costs come from procurement, so it is vital that the process is as economic, planned and efficient as possible. Our development managers will help you achieve this. They will work with you to design a development roadmap that takes into account your organisation’s specific development needs and resources.
